Deleted all my Holdem Manager configuration tryong to instal Omaha version

Hello,

I wasn't sure if instaling Omaha manager would cause any trouble to my Holdem manager configuration, so I searched at your forums and read the FAQ looking for some information about it. I found nothing, so I assumed it was secure, so I bought the Omaha version and installed.

When I opened Holdem Manager, I realized instaling the Omaha version deleted all my HUDs and Reports configuration. I also can't view any Omaha hands, this error occurs.17431
At the website my Omaha Manager license is uploaded

There is any option to recover my lost HUDs and Report tabs?

You only own OmahaManager? (but didn't buy the Omaha Upgrade)
Or you also own HoldemManager?
If you own both, email sales@holdemmanager.com and ask for a COMBINED license.

If you only own OmahaManager, it seems the program is still opening using a Holdem serial. Enabling you to enter the new Omaha serial:

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)


Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
