It is possible. You just need to add a user defined tournament structure. See the help for details.

If you are not in a hurry, send me the payouts, starting stack size, number of players, and blind levels and I will add a tournament structure to the next release.

i think you should contact winamax.fr to ask them all their own tounaments structure for next releases.
