HUD does not start

Hi all,

Because my computer had some major problems, I resetted it to the basic settings. This meant I had to download and install everything again on my pc, including my pokersoftware.

Now, I just launched HM when playing some games at Pokerstars, but somehow the HUD did not show up (the 'Launch HUD when auto import starts' is ticked).

What could be the problem here and how can I solve it?

About two weeks ago I had the Windows 7 update issues as well, after the fix, posted here on the forum, HM worked again. At the moment I have not downloaded this fix, since HM works after resetting my pc. The only thing is, my HUD does not start. Should I maybe try to install the Windows 7 fix?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Set your PokerStars lobby language to English.
Check if the handhistories are being imported, and TableManager detects the tables.

Updating does not fix the problem. I set the language to English but there are no handhistories imported. However, TableManager detects the tables. The HUD does not show up.

Make sure the hands are saved and properly imported.
(set all the import folders to default)

Allright, the HUD works again. Thank you very much.

I still have one question though. The HUD is set back to default. Is it possible to get it back to my personal settings? I have the whole RVG Software directory on my USB (the directory before I reset my pc), so I hope it is somewhere there.

Its in the config subfolder of the holdemmanager installation path. You need to copy the prefs.xml file and the files with your huds name in the filename.
