Omaha hands from Ongame won't import

Just bought the Omaha pro addon to my existing HEM pro. Was a bit excited to get all the hands of Omaha I've played into the database but unfortunately I can't get it to work.

I play at Ongame (Betsson) and use the OGHG. The grabber saves the hands (texlog) fine. HEM finds the folder and files fine, but won't import the actual hands.

In the import tab it will say "12 files imported" but "0 hands imported".

Would appreciate some help.

Have not yet recieved any reply since sending over the requested file. I would be interested in knowing if the Omaha plugin works for other people using Ongame (Betsson) or if it is only me having this problem.

I realise you're probably busy with the new-ish release and all, but it's been almost two weeks and no feedback. The front page says Ongame is among the supported sites and I would just like to know if that is the case. Basically, I want to know if it is just me having this problem or whether nobody is able to use the Omaha addon at Ongame.

Well, FWIW ... I used the last beta on both Tower and Betsafe for both Omaha and Holdem and I didn't have any problems with the HH. The only problem I had was with the Omaha HUD (when stacking tables).

I have e-mailed you twice and provided a link to this post. But as I said, I'm interested in knowing if this problem is only occuring for me, or if it is a universal problem with Ongame.

I'll contact you the coming week for a Teamviewer session, I'm a bit busy this week so we might have difficulty in finding a time that fits us both.

I'm having a similar problem. My auto import folder is set up correctly and HEM seems to find the file but no hands are imported. I noticed that my hand history file is differently named to the one in the FAQ - mine is called handhistory.txt, not IHH2008...Hold' em...txt. The format of my hand history file is as follows:
