My current version is 1.07. How do I upgrade it 1.08? Is it necessary?

I think the question is, does HM provide any form of auto update? The Option> Misc Options > Auto Check for Updates is it a live feature? What does it do?

Auto Update isnt implemented yet so just keep an eye on the releases forum or the notice at the top of each page which has the latest stable and beta version info
