HEM opens but nothing happens,

HEM opens, but won't import etc. Try to click on anything, ie Reports, get a message;

Unhandled exception........

Invalid access to memory location (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6)

Sorry, don't have the latest version, but when I download it I get a message that it's not completely downloaded and may harm my computer. ?????

Uninstall, then reinstall using the full installer, not any update.
