I was purchase "Upgrade Holdem to Holdem + Omaha Manager Professional Version ($65)" by moneybookers and nothing happens after payment. I reinstal HEM and with my last key it works without Omaha. What i need to do? Where i can get my new key to HEM with Omaha?

AFAIK it's not an automatic system, so you have to wait until he sends you a new serial code.

In the meantime you could try the beta in the Releases forum that works until May 7.

Could you please include this in your FAQ or something... I was confused myself too...

I bought the omaha-addon myself just few minutes ago, and I also was wondering 1 other thing. I got my HEM from PokerSavvy and I don't remember filling any name+adress+mail+etc applications for HEM and my old serial number wasn't asked when I made the order.

How do you know what my original license number is?

They would most likely forward standard details they have for your account like email and name and wed have this on file.

yeah i think you need to have a message explaining how/when you get your serial number to activate omaha pro

i just bought it and am waiting for my serial number

Absolutely, I really encourage you guys to add at least a short note on the payment page to let purchasers know what the next step is. lt's kind of worry some to make a payment and be left in limbo and have no one to contact lol.
