I was playing when suddenly my PC crashes.

When I switch it on again and tried to launch HM, it opened for a few seconds and then, it closed suddenly. I hardly had time to see the window.

How can I restore it? I had the profesional version, I bought it weeks ago :(:(

good luck getting help. The support sucks. I recommend getting another program with better customer service. They could care less if or how their product works from what I've seen. Its about the money and the manual.

Please, any help? :(

If I uninstall HM will my hands be eliminated? and what about the license?

Thank you

I have the exact same problem and it's quite annoying. Yesterday my laptop crashed but the program still worked and today after i upgraded to 1.08 the program doesn't even start anymore.

I attached some screenshots of the problem

Let's hope somebody will help us and tell what we have to do to reinstall the program without ¿losting? the license and keeping our hands safe...

My problem is different than yours. I receive the typical message but after opening for 1 second the full screen, it suddenly closes.

i don't think you have to worry about loosing your hand history data when you delete and re-install Holdem Manager (HEM).

that information is stored in the data base and that is not being deleted.

I have deleted and re-installed HEM several times (for various reasons not always to fix a problem) and have never lost any hand history.

I hope this helps relieve some of your worries about deleting HEM.

I'm certain Morny can shed more light on this topic when he has time.

Hi!

I updated it as you explained. Now it opens. Problem is that I can't see any stats... I don't see my player... Nothing. Even though postgres connection seems to work, and my player is set, it doesn't return anything... What do I have to do?

Thanks
