Column widths set by the user by dragging the column edge during a session are not preserved across sessions.

Many columns are way too wide so I drag them to make more narrow.
When restarted the columns are back to the default width.

I also would like to see column widths saved after exiting HEM.

Fix the same please for window height, i.e. the size of the three sections. I usually want to see the tables (top view) very large and have to redrag this every time.
