View Full Version : Initial install. Cannot import. Full Tilt. Holdem Manager

Per FAQ

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
Hold'em Manager 1.07.

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
Full Tilt Poker. No other sites attempted.

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes. Also tried Import File(s) and Import From Folder buttons. Same result. Message displayed:
Files Imported: 2 of 2
Hands Imported: 0 Hands/s: 0.0/s
Duplicate Hands: 0
Import Errors: 10

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Vista user. UAC disabled.
Full Tilt client. Changed Save My Hand Histories (Current Location) to: C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\ as specified.

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
Confirm The Hand Histories are saving to the C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory folder.

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
No. Setup Hero Names show no listings. Import was not successful.

Duplicate Hands: 0
Import Errors: 10

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

Created new db to test if corrupt db. This did not solve the problem.

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
Yes. The active table shows in the list and is checked. But Table Finder "I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some."
My issue isn't with the HUD. I'm not even importing.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes. Settings from the client specify English.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
UAC is disabled and restarted after change.

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
Yes.

Can you try this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe and if the problem persists please email me morny@holdemmanager.net with some of those HH and a link to this thread
