Hi,

I really need this answered. Is HM's 3bet% stat:

1) For preflop only? If not can you make it for prelfop only?
2) A % of the pfr%? So if pfr%=50 and 3bet% is 50 your 3bet range is 50% of your pfr%?
3) An independent statistic like pfr% but 3bet% obviously?

Does a 3bet count towards PFR%?

I have seen 3bet %'s higher than PFR%'s which does not make sense to me.

Your explanation of this stat would be grateful. I have read the FAQ on this and it does not answer any of the above.

TIA,

Chris

1) Yes
2) Nothing to do with PFR, it counts as a % of the time your faced with a raise and decided to re-raise/3bet
3) Not sure what you mean but i think 2 answers this question

Yes, PFR is any raise preflop so if you raise 4 hands preflop and 3bet the 5th hand you would have 100% PFR

Ok so i take it the 3bet stat incorporates 3betting preflop and postflop, this would explain how you can get a higher 3bet% than pfr%. Is there a setting on HM to have preflop 3betting% only? I don't want postlfop 3bet% adding to the 3bet% preflop.

Chris.

No its only preflop, im sure there might be some reason that im not considering why 3betting could be be greater than PFR over a small sample but you definetly wont see it over a bigger sample
