i can't get my HEM to work properly on boss media. works fine for bodog 888poker and stars and tilt.
this is what ive been experiencing. i need help in setting up my HEM on boss media. i tried the link,http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...al+Information, HEM detects the tables but the hud doesn't show. even my hero name shows up on CASH GAME reports on HEM but won't detect any hands
does anyone know what to do wit this xml file for cash game hand histories?

it lags a lot, sometimes only the number of hands i play will update and the rest of the table will be 0/0. sometimes it works for only 1 table. can't get it to work on more than one. this is so frustrating. i wanna play but not without a hud.
when you click on start auto import, the small hem table finder on the lower right appears, sees the tables iv been playing but won't be able to tell me how many hands ive played, no VPIP does not show how much ive won or lost. after refreshing for a while it works, the hud shows up on weird places even though i had my preferred seating done correctly. sometimes it works and is in correct places ( HUD ) sometimes it doesnt. sometimes when the hud shows up. only my hud will update everyone else will be on 0/0/0/0 stats and i need help in having it setup for than 1table.
