How to run table scanner?

I have just downloaded the new version with table scanner and I cant get it to work.I have all the specific boxes checked and when I try and scan,nothng happens.What am I missing here?Thanks

What pokerroom / struct / and stake do you try to scan?

I had the same problem till I realised I have to choose between server scanning and client scanning.

I am also unable to scan for 25NL on Stars, but 50NL works fine it seems?

Server-side-scanning is currently enabled for NL50+ only.

You need to use client-side-scanning for the lower stakes.
