No validation mail ?

Hi , I used your link to register myself in Poker stars in order to receive free HM and did all you required but I have not yet receive the validation e-mail , so I cant have a PRO license of Holdem Manager.
Could you help me please ?

I got in touch with them but there is no solution , they do not provide support to this product ????
