Ongame HUD not working

I've played at Betfair and bestpoker whilst auto import was running but my HUD has never worked. I assumed that they didn't allow HUDs but on discovering they do and that HEM supports it I don't know why it isn't working. It is working everywhere else.

I should note that it is importing the hands as soon as they are played, the HUD just isn't working.
