I've been playing lots of HU SNG's and noticed some of my tourneys were not being completed in my results tab.
Today I realized that if I close the tourney before the tournament is actually over (I lose and close the tourney real fast from frustration). Then HM doesn't register the tourney as completed. Can I fix these past tourneys that are not completed or are they lost statistics? Thank you. Am I in the wrong forum? Last edited by vbtfooy; 08-31-2009 at 05:07 PM. Reason: ignorance |

Are you talking about the Tourney Manager or Holdem Manager program?

If this is a major site like PokerStars or Full Tilt, you should be able to request your lifetime of hand histories and tournament summary files. Then you can manually delete the incomplete ones, and import your lifetime hands they sent. That should hopefully get those fixed as well as any other missing hands.
