Bankroll Manager Don't Work

My Bankroll Manager just don't work! I need to prevent me to NOT play some type of games, but it just don't work. I send a e-mail and a feedback by the software but no one answer me. What should I do?

Especially at zoom tables, they never works (I have the license since 2013).

We released an update to fix some PokerStars issues. Please let me know how it works after the update.

Well,
I still can open the zoom tables, put the software close the table after 30 seconds. So, yeah, it works.
