I am sorry for the delay in reply. We are a bit short-handed because of the holidays.
Did you eventually get a reply to your email? If not, I will try to contact the developer directly and make sure we get you taken care of.
I don't see any codes at all in our system under this email address so I can't try to reset them manually myself. If you want to PM me your email address you used to purchase TB I can forward it to the TB developer on your behalf with a link to this thread to make sure we get this taken care of ASAP.

You should have received an email from me with a permanent Small Stakes code to the email that your TB is registered to; let me know if you still don't have anything.
