My 'Pot betting' setups in TN are not working in the WCOOP - Please fix this asap

My 'Pot betting' setups in TN are not working in the WCOOP satalite tourny tables.
This may or may not be the same as the actual WCOOP tables but I recall something similar happening in the past.

Please fix this asap as WCOOP starts tommorrow.

I'm having trouble finding a game to test. Do you have a log file from the game you tried that failed? If so please send a copy of that days log to support@alxsoftware.com along with a link to this thread.

Hi, would you be kind enough to talk me through how I produce a log file and then where I can find it?
I'm not sure if you mean TN log file or Pokerstars log file and I don't know how to obtain either.

I'll play another WCOOP today so I can do it if you explain. Thanks

Once you load TableNinja please go to TN>Help and enable "Verbose Output". Then play a few hands. Once the error has occurred please send a copy of your TNLog file to support@alxsoftware.com. You can find that days log in C:/Program Files/TableNinja. I should be able to get enough information from it.
