Min and max buy in being reset to zero by Sensei

I can't use min and max buy-in for pokerstars sit and go tournament filter as sit n go opener just resets them to 0 and 0 respectively anyway. Is this just the way it works, some setting I got wrong or is it a bug?

This is caused by some inconsistent behavior in the Stars SnG filter. I'm afraid the only fix is to reset the filter and save/test again. It ususally only takes one or two attempts to get a working filter saved. Some users have reported needing multiple attempts though. Once you have a working filter saved the problem shouldn't return.

I have this problem too and reseting and trying few times (more than 10) didn't tend to help solving it.
what can i do to make it work? i cant use the sensei at all..

I'm afraid there isn't another fix. You'll need to reset and save the filter again until it get saved correctly. Once you have a working filter the problem shouldn't return.

The problem does return but not often. Only solution is to keep trying as fool says byt the looks of it, maybe log in and out of Pokerstars, haven't really identified any special way though that gets it to work all of a sudden.

TableNinja forces you to recreate your filter after updates so the problem can occur again. Its usually a quick fix by resetting and saving the filter again.
