SnG Sensei problems

Hi, I set up the sng opener and it usually works fine, but some times mid session it starts trying to register for a sng over and over again and some how never gets it to register. I'm not really sure why, the popup comes up and goes away too fast for me to be able to see what the message is (i assume it's just the sng registration though) and then i never end up being registered and it keeps trying again over and over again.

Any ideas?

Are these play money SnGs or are you out of money in your account? This can happen if you hit your Stars cap for play money games or don't have enough to register. The easiest way to tell would be to disable auto registration and see what the popup says.

No it's not play money and definitely not out of money either. I was only playing 12 at the time and when it kept not being able to register I manually clicked register and then it worked so I don't THINK it's stars but not sure, it happens SO damn randomly. it will work fine for about an hour then just mess up.

I'm unable to reproduce the problem. Please send a copy of the following files support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at How to make screenhot? Taking screenshots is fast and free. No software to download. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.
