Instascan not working

    Default Instascan not working

    Hi there,

    just purchased instascan pro for one month to test it. Switched on instascan for a few pokersites (FTP,PS,party,ipoker,micro).
    Running the latest HEM2+TS2, all clients english etc... but only get several popups like this one (guess 1 for each pokersite)

    obviously created a profile with limits, no of players and so on...

    any ideas?

    Which stakes are you scanning (on which pokersite) when you get this error?

    Are you scanning 6max NO LIMIT Hold'em tables, or a different type of tables? (Fixed Limit / CAP / Full Ring / HU / Omaha / Pot Limit)



    Insta-Scan will not work on micro-stakes / low-stakes.
    Only on $0.25/0.50 tables and higher stakes.

    scanning 6max NL tables higher stakes. just in case 5/10 equals NL1000 not NL10!?

    Same problem here. Cannot scan any sites or stakes. Party, Tilt, nor Stars. Under Settings/Instascan/Instascan Available Games, nothing shows up for any of the listed sites in No-Limit, nor Fixed Limit. Pot-Limit Omaha shows available games only on Pokerstars from 3/6 to 100/200. I just purchased the subscription today, and I cannot use it. Please credit extra days when you eventually get this solved.

    50nl, 100nl, 200nl, 400nl. latest beta. even local scan does not work, except with party poker

    just checked and have tablenscan pro + instascan pro on my license... dunno what to =/
    so we'll be contacted via email?!

    it's been 6 days now since I posted here and btw purchased Instascan for 20$ and can't use it...
