The developer is working on finalizing support for PS7. If you want to be notified when v7 support is added for TableScanner please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-7712 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
This was a major update for Stars. Many things changed, it is taking longer than usual to update Scanner.

We are testing an update for Table Scanner but I don't have any feedback from the testers yet as it is a holiday weekend. If all goes well with internal testing it should be in our next beta update but I can't give any sort of estimate at this point.
Please update us, I bought it 2 days ago and I still cant use it on pokerstars. I wish I have known before purchase... You guys should stop selling the program if it doesnt work until resolved
We should have a beta release out soon to address this. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.
I installed beta today with table scanner updates but still not working
Can you please be specific?
1) Does it find the lobby?
2) Does it start but stop scanning?
3) Does it not sit you at tables?
In Scan Profiles, make sure that the Format section does not have conflicting game types set to Required. Change them to Optional.
Make sure that Stars' lobby is default, you are using medium text, and default font.

- the lobby
- all of your table scanner settings
- the scan profiles settings
to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to your post.
