    Default issue with scan and PartyPokerr lobby

    Hi all,

    I would like to byu this software so I have activated the trial version.
    When I run a a local scan when my lobby is minimized, the lobby is completely bugging : I have only a small part of the screen and nothing is responsive. The only solution is too close the lobby and restart it.

    If I do a instant scan, I don't have the problem but if I join a table when my lobby is minimized : same problem : the lobby is very very small.

    I didn't try to join another table with instant scan when my lobby is freezed but local scan did'nt work anymore. pretty annoying because I must plug an other screen and never minimize my lobby on that screen.

    I will psot a screen shot of my lobby tonight.

    The lobby will automatically open and resize when scanning. You must have the proper stakes opened in the poker client lobby so make sure you filtered the lobby to match your scanner settings/profile.


    Things to ensure are configured correctly with the scanner:


    1) You have to use the English Poker client.
    2) Make sure the Poker client is displaying the desired tablelist in its lobby.
    3) You should sort the lobby by tablename or stake.
    4) At the top of the scanner in the Options section of the main Ribbon menu you'll see several icons: make sure the icon which looks like an f in a circle is grey. If it is red please click it to disable font smoothing.


    If the problem persists please take a screenshot of the whole scanner window making sure all filters are fully visible and also a picture of the entire lobby you're trying to scan.

    Also please detail what stakes your trying to scan and if your using insta scan or classic scan

    Seems to work now. But I don't know why.
    The party software was upadted today, maybe an issue on their side.

    I will try others days

    Still have the problem :'(

    I don't know when it happen now. I need to test a little bit to reproduce that.
    I did a screenshot of my bug, but can't post it now.

    The good news is despite the fact that my lobby is bugged, I can relaunch an another scan and join tables. And I don't think that I could do that in the past.
