Insta scan/table scan issues

HI I bought a yearly license of TS2+insta scan but lately it stopped working. I can switch from classic scan to insta scan and when I log to holdem manager site I got something like this:

My table scanner licenses got disabled for some reason!!! I didn't do anything with them yet it stopped working
