TS 2 (beta) NOT WORKING AT ALL

    Default TS 2 (beta) NOT WORKING AT ALL

    Table scanner 1 worked fine for me but now i just updated to table scanner 2 on HM2 and 90% of the time nothing and when i click cancel scan it freezes. the other 10% it will scan the first table and stop there and crash if i cancel the scan. this is on stars and ipoker

    I have change the stars theme, tried changing the table order. Change computer theme. everything seams to be the way it should.

    so now i uninstalled HM2 and when i opened TS2 it showed a message, unalble to run table scanner 2, contact support. that was it no reference number, under it said or you can run TS manually..

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

    Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

    Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

    Guess: you have Windows XP
    in this case you ALSO must install NET Framework 3.5 sp1

    Cancel Scan
    Click on the Scan Profiles--> and take a screenshot of your Scan Profile.

    Also run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

    Did the update. today it scanned the first table and stopped, it showed the table in TS. The other day i had no filters on PS and it scanned down maybe 10 or more but nothing came up on the TS page.
