What to do if Table Scanner is not working

Can you post a screenshot of your PartyPoker lobby when you run a scan.
Make sure the lobby is in English and the tables are sorted alphabetically.

Sort the table names alphabetically in the lobby.

When you join the waiting list.. does the tablename change color in the lobby?
The scan 'reads' the color to determine if you're on the waiting list for a table.

Hi, I just got table scanner and I cant get it working. I adjusted the scan profile for my pokerstars lobby and my lobby is running in english as well. I can even see the selection-highlighter in the lobby jumping around when I start the scan, so it seems to find the lobby, but no tables are added in table scanner.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Please set your PokerStars lobby text size to medium and try again.

View > Text Size > Medium

Hi! I can't use TS for bwin lobby or betfair. It works for partypoker.

For bwin i run bwin and hm as admin but: ts.jpg

For betfair: ts2.jpg

Hi, Table Scanner scans but just the first table and finish without results.

I use:
Riva Poker lobby /Ipoker
Windows 7
Lobby in english
Alphabetical order
Cleartype fonts inactive...

I don't know what else try, can you help me?
