Are you still having this problem? I Cannot reproduce and we have no other reports of this, if you cannot gain access something is blocking the registration reaching out server, Please see the following thread and follow the instructions given to adding the requested files to the list of exceptions in your antivirus Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Table Ninja 2 and Antivirus Software
Also check your Proxy settings.
