open replayer hotkey doesnt work ps.it

since a few months the open replayer hotkey doesn't work on ps.it but it works on .com

Does this happen on all themes or a specific theme? There was an issue where it was occurring for Nova and Black

if you push the open replayer hotkey on the Nova theme, it appears a window asking if you want to remove the game from your favorites.
on the Mercure theme it askes if you want to close the table.
on other themes doesn't do anything

Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support > contact support https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/product/6 to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

I now see where is the problem. Ninja doesn't recognize the table theme i'm using and looks like i cannot manually change it on ninja. I override it and the replayer hotkey works only on the NoImages theme.

Firstly update to this version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...date2.6.61.msi

Secondly when you change theme you need to restart TN2, I will also need to see the log file in order to see what is causing the issue. If you cannot attach it to the support ticket then email us to arrange a tv session.
