Is your Internet Explorer updated?
Please make sure it is fully up to date - Download Web Browser - Internet Explorer
If you continue to have problems please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HMApps' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.
You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.
Please reproduce the problem and attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.
Please zip and email the requested file via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum name.
Please make sure you export this hand from the Reports tab using the right-click > 'Save hand to hard drive...' option and attach the hand to the ticket also.
Why I have to do 100 steps to start program working? It's not freeware.

We will be researching it later today for you and the others with this problem. I am assuming it is a server issue the developers will have to look into but I need to discuss it with our QA/Testing Manager first and he has been busy with some other projects.
