    Default SNGWiz question before purchase

I am on the 30 day trial with sng wizard, playing hypers on stars.
    Questions before purchasing :
1 - I see it calculates EV, whenever someone is all in and i had any part of the pot (posted antes) I get EV from that hand. Would like to know how this is calculated exactly.
2 - the Nash hand ranges are not always correct prime example is this hand

    PokerStars Hand #: Tournament #, $96.49+$3.51 USD Hold'em No Limit - Level VII (60/120) - 2014/10/30 20:01:58 ET
    Table '1025772202 1' 6-max Seat #1 is the button
    Seat 1: Villain1 (556 in chips)
Seat 2: Hero (2108 in chips)
    Seat 6: Villain2 (336 in chips)
    Villain1 : posts the ante 12
    Hero: posts the ante 12
    Villain2 : posts the ante 12
    Hero: posts small blind 60
    Villain2 : posts big blind 120
    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to Hero[Kh Jd]
    Villain1 : folds
Hero: raises 1976 to 2096 and is all-in
    Villain2 : calls 204 and is all-in
Uncalled bet (1772) returned to Hero
    *** FLOP *** [9d Ah 5d]
    *** TURN *** [9d Ah 5d] [8c]
    *** RIVER *** [9d Ah 5d 8c] [3h]
    *** SHOW DOWN ***
Hero: shows [Kh Jd] (high card Ace)
    Villain2 : shows [7h 8d] (a pair of Eights)
    Villain2 collected 684 from pot
    *** SUMMARY ***
    Total pot 684 | Rake 0
    Board [9d Ah 5d 8c 3h]
Seat 1: Villain1 (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 2: Hero (small blind) showed [Kh Jd] and lost with high card Ace
Seat 6: Villain2 (big blind) showed [7h 8d] and won (684) with a pair of Eights

The SNGWizard says to fold the KJ in this spot, which is totally off.

3 - How many more mistakes should we know about...?
Anything else would be helpful for me in order to buy this product.
    Thanks in advance

    1. Equity is computed by summing up the resulting equity of each possible outcome multiplied times the probability of each outcome. If you select an opponent action in the current hand view and click on the Details tab on the right it will display a detailed listing of the outcome.

    2. Can you post the original hand history? The history you posted will not import. Also, please specify the payouts and opponent hand ranges you are using. Without this information it is impossible to provide an answer.

    3. I am not sure how to answer this question since it is not at all clear that #2 is a mistake.
