    To anybody who is having a problem with your trial or would like your trial extended:

    Please send your license ID, which you can find in the About box on the Wizard's help menu, to support@sngwiz.com.

    I have extended your trial. If you do not get the extension automatically when you open the Wizard, please try these steps.

    1. Make sure your computer's system clock is set to the correct date.

    2. Make sure your fire wall or virus software is not blocking the Wizard's access to the internet.

    3. Select "License Management" on the Help menu and submit the registration form.
