nNew to WIZ and exploring....when I use the hand range tool I get the standard grid and can expand/contract a range - the usual. I think this may be Sklansky rankings?
But when I do an individual hand analysis, many times the push range WIZ defines is DIFFERENT than the one on the grid...slightly....does that use a different ranking system?
heres an example:
from the GRID, 35.6% looks like this:
22+, A2+, K5/K2s, Q9/Q8s+, J9s+
but when defined as a calling range in hand analysis, 35.6% looks like this:
22+, A2+, K7/K2s, Q9/Q8s, JT/J8s, T8s+, 98s
the first one uses weaker Ks while the second uses stronger Ts and 9s to make the range.
Something tells me the latter is 'better' for push/fold purposes, but its definitely NOT Sklansky.
Please help me with this confusion.
Thank you.
