But I dont know how to interpret it. May you give me the example of how to use the information? Thanks.

You need to call $0.10 to win a pot of $0.25--> 2.5:1


Converting odds into percentages. Divide 100 by the sum of the numbers left and right. So 2.5:1 is equal to 100/(2.5+1) = ~30%.
