Synced DB is missing

Before doing a clean install of my pc today, I made sure to synchronise my HM2 database with the HM2 cloud.
However, after reinstalling my pc and then HM2 I was unable to select any cloud database to synchronise with.

I hope this does not mean my database is gone.
What can I do now?

Did you double-check the Sync tab after the sync and see your database? Did you make sure to login after reinstalling HM2 using the Settings > 'hm.com website login' menu?

Did you create a manual backup file in addition to the sync in case the sync database can't be recovered? Did you keep a backup copy of the \HM2Archive folder before reformatting windows?

If you still can't find it after logging in thru the settings menu let us know and we can ask our web team if they can see anything in the system but I am not sure what they might be able to do as this is the first time I have ever heard of this issue.
