Problems with pokerstars.fr

Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr has problems with pokerstars.fr:

- Impossible tu use the theme PokerStars Black

- Impossible to make function the SNG Sensei
InSng Opener if he clicks on "Save" he gets the message your are not on "Sit and Go" onPokerStars even if he was.

- When he lances tables, all the open tables are not recognized with openTable Ninja , he has to restart Table Ninja each time to get them in account

What is the cause?

The "France" lobby theme isn't supported I'm afraid. None of the lobby themes named after regions are. Try switching to the "Black" or "Classic" lobby themes. Let me know if this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

He changes to classic, has however still the same problem.

I'm getting reports from users that having different backgrounds/felt colors for different table types is causing this problem. Changing to one theme for all games solves the problem for them. I don't have a good explanation for why this works yet though. Your table theme shouldn't have any effect on lobby detection. Let me know if the workaround solves it for you.

A change did not function. Do you have any other hint to get it work?

Not at this time. I'm able to create the problem by changing themes but so far have been unable to solve it that way. I have passed this new information on to the developers though. We will make sure to add support for this new found lobby variation with the coming update.
