SnG Opener doesnt work after update

    Default SnG Opener doesnt work after update

    Hi
    I downloaded update and after this i cant use sng opener anymore:



    Any ideas what could happened?

    Already tried to reinstal both TN and stars.


    Edit:
    I see im not alone with this problem, settings folder is set correctly.

    Try switching to the black or classic lobby theme in PokerStars>View>Lobby theme. If that doesn't seem to help please go to TableNinja>Help and enable "Verbose Output". Then hit the start button on the Sensei a few times before sending a copy of that days TNLog file to support@alxsoftware.com. You can find the log file in C:/Program Files/TableNinja. Let me know if you have any questions about the process.

    Please go to TableNinja>Help and enable "Verbose Output". Then attempt to use the Sensei a few times before sending a copy of that days TNLog file to support@alxsoftware.com. You can find the log file in C:/Program Files/TableNinja. Also please include a link to this thread.

    Acctually i cant click "Start" button b/c sensei is not working. I cant "test" tabs in order to start sensei...

    edit:
    I ve got set settings folder as: C:\Users\Herek\AppData\Local\PokerStars.EU

    On this setup sensei is not working, but when i changed it to deafult stars folder:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars
    sensei worked.
    Unfortunatelly all other function that TN offers wasnt...

    I use .eu soft.

    Update didnt helep. Still got msg to open sng lobby....

    I'm unable to reproduce this for any of the regional clients. Which client are you playing? Have you double checked your PokerStars Settings folder in TableNinja>Setup?

    .com and all settings are correct still not working

    We are unable to reproduce any problems in any lobby theme on Stars.com. Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

    1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

    2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at How to make screenhot? Taking screenshots is fast and free. No software to download. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.
