Windows 8, Font resize.

Whenever I used the option in windows 8 to "change the size of all items", from the default 100% to some bigger value, Table Ninja doesn't start displaying bigger containers for the text and it ends up overlapping with whatever comes next. The result is a mess.

I'm afraid only the default, 100% DPI is supported. Changing to a larger size will cause default bets to fail as well as a few other problems.
