    Default HUD Merge (Hero) Free tables works, real tables doesn't

    Hi guys, longtime Stars user trying out Merge. The HUD is working properly for all play money and freeroll tables, holdem and omaha, but not any real money games be it tourney, sng,or cash. I updated to the latest download available just now and still no luck. The hands are being imported, table manager shows the correct table and tourney ID, and I just don't know what else to look for now. The one thing I did notice is in the import progress screen it shows every new hand as a duplicate hand. 12th hand for example it says imported 1 of 1, 12 duplicates, no errors. Anyone else seen this problem?! I'm using HM1 Holdem/Omaha Professional Thanks in advance for any help!

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe 1.12.08

    For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

    Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uni nstall it temporarily.

    Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

    Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

    Make sure the Merge lobby language is in English.
    Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
    Then try the TableFinder again on the tables: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...inderToShowHUD

    Alright, sorry for the delay but you know Christmas and all that. So I reinstalled the latest update first and then went throuh the checklist you provided with the firewall, setting everything to administrator, deleting the text file and everything. I'm still having the same issue unfortunately. Freeroll Omaha and Holdem sng's work as well as real money holdem and omaha ring games. The ones that aren't working are real money sng's and mtt's be it 6, 9 or 10 man. I have a couple of screenshots showing tables working and not working side by side. All the hands are being imported; however, the hands being imported on tables not working show up as "duplicates" in the import screen not errors or anything. the only other thing I noticed out of the ordinary is that when I try and force the HUD using table finder the red x doesn't "stick" to the table. It shows up in the menu, I highlight it blue and click ok and then still nothing. the one time I got something the HUD popped up but wasn't populated with any data just zeros. Thanks for any help you can offer, I'm just trying to get this worked out before I really start playing for money or looking for another site that might work better with the software.

    Thansk Patvs, top notch support as always! I'll schedule a session when I get in from work later.

    Will post results here for any Merge member that might be having a similar issue now or in the future!
