Stats help

Hey guys

I need some help to set up the stats. Because i have to admit, I dont know anything about HEM. So plz help me

First of all, where can I find information about HEM? Mostly about, stats, how to use stats, and how to use the other features, etc.

I have to keep it simple before I know more about HEM. So I just need some standard stats that i can set up, for NLHM and PLO!

My stats look like this at the moment:
Abb. Name
-New line-
VPIP
Preflop raise
Steal 3-bet
-New feed-
Agg. factor
Flop CB
Fold to flop CB
Hands

I've just bought Holdem Manager and I don't know where to start. Please help me configure it.
