Best stat to visualise villains 4 bet range

Am I right to assume that the 4 bet range stat (as opposed to the total 4 bet stat) gives a % figure that could be used to visualise villains range ?

By this I mean if the 4 bet range figure is ,say, 3 I could go to Pokerstove and start entering hands to see what 3% of hands may comprise his range.

Yes. 4bet range is: raise first in (RFI%) * 4bet---> and you can add that into Pokerstove to see the range of holecards.
