    Which network is playnow.com??

Is HoldemManager able to import the handhistories?
-->if yes--> try using the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...inderToShowHUD to force the HUD on
    -->if no--> email us a playnow handhistory to support@holdemmanager.com

*Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

*Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

*Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

*Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

    Click OK

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...esn't+Work

I tried the solution. When I drag the red square over, the Window Title and Owner do become populated with table details, however, the table name never shows up in the Unattached Tables window.

Edit: It shows up in the Unattached Tables window now. When I highlight it and click Ok in the Table Finder, the HUD shows up for about 2 seconds before disappearing.

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...inderToShowHUD

    Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...20Internal.exe

    Thanks! I'll try this out.

Edit: Still get the same problem. Hud only stays for a couple seconds. I'm playing HU SnGs if this matters.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

I'm using Windows 7 with Shaw Secure (it's F-Secure via my cable provider).
