I'm currently having problems too, but that may be because i've not saved my HH directly to my harddrive, instead i asked them to send me the hands i've played on the new pstars.fr site.
According to HEM i lost only 10$ but i've actually lost like 20$. Probably has to do with the new rake and everything. Gotta check it again tomorrow with the auto import.

Why don't you by pass the French block and play at ps.com, ft.com etc using vpn such as Poker VPN

please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread if the hands are not importing, if the hands are importing fine but the hud wont work let me know, as far as im aware we cannot setup accounts to test if we dont have a french IP address

I was actually posing a question to french players - that should they be so inclined, they could bypass restrictions in France and play at the international sites using VPN using an ip address in a non-restricted country.

However, if you need access to the French sites for testing purposes, you too could do this through VPN by arranging a France IP address (as indeed you do need a french ip) to access french poker rooms.
