Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Which PostgreSQL version are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off . If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Do the hands import into a new database?

I use PostgreSQL 8.4, Avast security.
All the exe run as admin and the HUD worked before the new 6.0 merge software.
It looks like the new update only fits to my old PC because id didn't changed anything on both PC's...

Does your laptop also show it's HoldemManager 1.12.10b?

The lobby language of the pokerclient is in English?

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

I notice a strange bug in the latest patch, on many players the HUD is showing me statistic just for a small sample of their hands. For instance it shows me that I have a 10-20 hands for the guy but when I double click to see his stats just for the session it turns that I have more than 100 hands … just for the session!
Anyone has that kind of problem?

I changed the date setting and it shows Holdem Manager 1.12.10b.
Lobby language is english as always.

But the thing is, it worked before. so its unlikely that its one of these changes. Has to be a thing with the new version...

Is there a new update for HM1 because of the new update from Merge yesterday? My HUD is not importing hands.

when i click on start importing , it says auto update did not find any new files , can someone please help. It was working yesterday and after the new merge update its not working anymore.

Those HUD Filters (and the Tourney HUD Filters if you are using them) will greatly affect (reduce) the number of hands shown in the villain HUD at the table.
