Error installing version 1.10 beta 8

When installing the above beta release I got three errors saying that ít's not possible to replace the files HMIMport.exe, Mono.Security.dll, Npgsql.dll.

HM was not running during installation. Now HM is not working any more.

Some additional info:
Previous version 1.09.03 with patch
McAfee running
Windows Vista

What is the solution?

reboot and run the update as soon as your pc boots
