Please send us some original handhistory files containing this player. Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

I'm on HM1, updated to 25th June build, and still get no HUD stats on Zoom for Luck&Skill86

We've added the & symbol to the HM1 bug ticket for Zoom.

Any news on the & thing? It's been a month now and it's quite important! Luck&Skill86 and Razed&Cnfusd are both high volume players and the $1/2 Zoom pool isn't enormous. I think the official ticket is

HMONE-64: Wrong Zoom HUD triggered by "&" in playername.

We have been having problems finding villains with this name to test against at the smaller stakes tables so it would be great if you could test the latest build for us.

I would suggest you try creating a new database and import a small portion of your recent archive folders for testing to make sure the problem isn't also related to the old database with the stripped character names.
