Same here with me. I noticed that now my info are displayed and it would change the stats of the other players only when the round I skipped is complete. What should I do plz, cause now i see the stats of previous' rounds players..

The problems seems to be solved after reinstalling the .dll file.

For me it got fixed when I checked the option to 'prefetch one live hand'

I had it already checked. I unchecked and tried it but nothing changed. Then I re-checked and re-installed the .dll file and now seems to work as before.

Please make sure you follow the directions above exactly as described. If you copy the .dll file and then updated to the memorial update it will replace the new .dll file with the old one. If you left the pokerstars client open when pasting the .dll file it will not over-write properly.

It might be a good idea to reboot your computer and then follow the instructions again:

HM1:

If you are using HM1 please make sure you have the latest update from this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...emorialDay.exe

If you previously rolled back your pokerstars using their \backup folder contents you will need to run pokerstarsupdate.exe to update the pokerstars client before testing this new .dll file.


PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE POKERSTARS AND HOLDEMMANAGER BEFORE YOU PROCEED:


Please download the following file from dropbox and place it into your \Holdem Manager or \Holdem Manager 2 folder.

Now start Pokerstars and Holdem Manager and it should work again.



If you continue to have problems:

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
