I upgraded to the zoom beta version and it seems as if my entire database has disappeared. Is this a known issue? Can this be fixed?
Additionally, all my stats appear as follows: -/-/-/-/-/ and even after a session, new players have not been added to my database (Player count = 0).
Please can you assist?

Check under Options > Database management...
Try to Import > Import From Folder > C:\HMArchive to import your original/archived hands to the new/active database or try switching to your old database if you created a new database.
Check all the suggestions in the first post of this thread to make sure that pokerstars is running as admin and import your archived hands. If you have a HUD on regular tables, but not zoom tables, and pokerstars is set to run as admin:
Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows
with the following:
1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.
Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to email@example.com
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

I upgraded from 1.12.10_04Apr2012 to 1.12.10-04May2012 and zoom hands don't seem to appear under Sessions anymore.
Both zoom and non-zoom hands are present under "Hands", "Reports", and "Graphs", but only non-zoom hands appear under "Sessions"
Is this a known problem?

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)
If that doesn't resolve it, try reimporting the hands into a new database.

had the latest update.I create new database and import all hands.but only omaha hands is appear in report.clear filters didnt help me
