Is there seriously no update on the players tab yet?
How hard can this one thing be?

Just downloaded the lastest HM1 Zoom update and I am no longer able to see any information on my hands. For example if I go to reports and select a player name, it will indicate that are hands on the player but when selected it will show a blank screen regardless of the time frame chosen.

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Zoom HUD was working until the last pokerstars patch. After the last patch, the HUD only displays stats of a few hands back, but never updates to the current one. I followed all the instructions previously posted in this thread. I have Windows 7. Is there anything else I could try?

Please close stars and HM and install this update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._31May2011.exe

If its still not working reboot your computer and try again.
Please make sure to start the stars client with administrator rights.

I had the same problem so I installed the update in the link above and now the huds are correct accept they aren't placed next to the corresponding players. The huds move around to different players each hand. Any ideas?

Come on guys, this is ridiculous. This is the reason I bought hm and now I've been playing without it for MONTHS!

Hud not working and hem not tracking my sessions since i have the last update... i uninstalled and reinstalled hem, and still the same problem, even though i manually imported the last sessions
