    Default EV problem with a short stack AI PF

    Hi,
    i'd like to have your opinion.
    Here's the hand :

    weaktight | Hand | AsAh4c6h - $0.15/$0.30 Pot Limit Omaha Hi

    The EV calculated is here :

    According the fact that villian is all-in PF, why do the EV is based on the flop equity ?

    It's based on flop equity, because often:
    shortstack goes allin preflop-->
    two bigstacks call and see a flop
    on the flop--> one of the bigstacks gets the other bigstack to fold

    When this happens. It's unknown what the other bigstack had. He may have had the best hand preflop!

    It leads to biased results when you do calculate preflop EV for the shortstack when there IS a showdown between the other two bigstacks, but you don't when one of the bigstacks folds on a later street.
